  • Advising one of Australia's oldest Registered Training Organisations on corporate structuring and strategy in relation to training members of Indigenous communities.

  • Advising on $250,000 convertible note capital raising venture for start-up Indigenous green energy company.

  • Acting for three groups of traditional owners in the Torres Strait, the Cape York and in Ingham area, Queensland in relation to a combined start-up fishing venture projected to yield $20m in 5 years.

  • Advising the Cairns Region Indigenous Business Network Incorporated on corporate structuring and good governance practices.

  • Negotiating numerous procurement contracts under National Broadband rollout (Lend Lease, Galaxy, Service Stream), and other agreements with Rio Tinto, GHD Australia, Hansen Yuncken.

  • Legal and business advice and corporate structuring in relation to proposed joint ventures with various companies such as Excel Galaxy, GHD Engineers, Corporate Protection Australia Group, Luxury Paints, Senko and Scientific Water Proofing.

  • Advising various Government officials in China on the Australian market, select opportunities in agriculture, legal issues and potential corporate structures that may be adopted.

  • Negotiating mining and contracting matters with Adani Mining, BHP, Rio Tinto, Northern Minerals, Newmont and AngloGold Ashanti and New Century Mine.

  • Self-funded trade mission to Beijing, China and other various locations to promote Indigenous Australian enterprise, and hosting various Chinese trade delegates in Australia with tours to central Queensland and the Torres Straits Islands.
